Shaun began her career in Real Estate in the early 1990’s in Ohio. She then moved to Charleston in 2002.
Entering the world of Real Estate Sales and Marketing was natural for her. Her family were long term investors in both single family homes and small apartment complexes. She already had a strong understanding on how market dynamics influence pricing and investment performances of real estate. Over the years she has perfected her skills in customer service, marketing, technology, and negotiating.
